Destiny Adams EFDA Owner/Director/Instructor

Destiny created A+ Dental Assisting after she noticed a gap in affordable and flexible programs in our area. She has worked in Dentistry for 7 years and has a passion for training new assistants in the world of dentistry. Destiny has worked in general and pediatric centered practices and will enjoy every student that walks through her program! She loves working with children and makes it a priority to have every patient smile by the end of their appointment. Her hobbies include movie nights with her family, thrifting, and traveling.

Dr. Blain Reynolds DDS Course Director/ Instructor

Dr. Reynolds received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Memphis College of Dentistry in 2014. He enjoys teaching and working with children to help them create positive memories at the dental office. He is happily married with two beautiful boys Cambridge and Callaway. Dr. Reynolds is very passionate about minimally invasive dentistry and holistic approach to life. In his free time he enjoys working out, hiking, and looking at trains with his boys. Any student that is taught by Dr. Reynolds will leave with a new found love for dentistry!

Racheal Prince RDH Instructor

Racheal started her dentistry career in 2017 and practiced as a dental assistant for two years before she was accepted in to the dental hygiene program. Racheal is currently enrolled at ETSU pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in dental hygiene. Racheal has practiced as a dental hygienist in general and in pediatrics and loves getting to expand her knowledge and pass on her experience to the next generation of learners. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her family. Her oldest son is very active in sports and most of their time is spent at a baseball field. She is always up for new adventures and loves to travel. The beach is her happy place!

Melanie Lawson EFDA Instructor

Melanie has worked in dentistry for 25 years and has a gift for making people laugh when she is in a room. She received her RDA from Oak Ridge Dental and later got her EFDA certification from Meharry School of Dentistry in 2010. Melanie Enjoys mission trips with her church, taking care of stray animals, and thrifting. She is excited to be teaching tomorrows leaders today!
